At Appointed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all non-customized items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
